- Cut the peaches in slices and add a little oil if needed. Grill on each side for a few minutes.
- Add all salad ingredients in a big bowl. Shave the cheese on top.
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing and pour on the salad.
- Decorate with edible flowers if you like.
