- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place cut figs and kales on a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. Drizzle some honey over the figs and some olive oil and salt & pepper on the kale chips.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Assemble the salad starting with the mixed greens. Slice the pear and add to the salad. Then the kale chips and roasted figs. Add some rocket salad, Le Gruyère Alpage cheese and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle balsamic and black pepper on top. Enjoy the salad with some fresh bread.
