- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Wash and trim the broccolinis. Wash the lemon and cut it into slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, broccolini, garlic, olive oil and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour everything on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add the lemon slices.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 200°C and bake for another 20 minutes until gnocchi are golden.
- Serve with lots of grated Le Gruyère AOP Alpage cheese. Add a little more olive oil and lemon juice on top, if it feels dry.
