Sandwich med Le Gruyère AOP og dijonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
4t slices of good bread
4 crispy lettuce leaves
8-12 slices of Le Gruyère AOP
1/2 cucumber, sliced
salt and pepper


  1. Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together.


  1. Spread the bread with dijonnaise and layer the lettuce, cheese and cucumber between the two sandwiches.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Enjoy immediately or pack the sandwich in your lunch box.
    Feel free to use Le Gruyère AOP as cheese sticks in the lunch box. Pack them with plenty of crunchy vegetables and the tasty sandwich.
