Cheese Skillet
200 g Le Gruyère AOP
3 cloves of garlic
two rosemary sprigs
  1. Grease a cast-iron pan with canola oil. Cut the cheese onto the pan and add whole garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs. Heat up the pan on a grill with medium heat or in the oven (cover with foil) in 180°C for about 15 minutes. Mix carefully and continue to melt if necessary. Serve the cheese skillet with bread and new potatoes.
