Jenny’s Strawberry Cheese Salad

Jenny cooked a healthy summery salad with mâché, strawberries, sugar snap peas, lemon, Le Gruyère AOP and hemp seeds as she gathered with her friends.

Summery salad with strawberries, shredded Le Gruyère AOP and hemp seeds.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 125 g organic Mâche lettuce
  • 50 g radishes, sliced
  • 75 g sugar snap peas
  • 150 g strawberries, sliced
  • 100 g Le Gruyère AOP, grated
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons crushed and roasted hazelnuts and/or hemp seeds
  • Herb salt

Directions:

  1. Add Mâche lettuce to a serving plate and mix with radishes and sugar snap peas. Top with strawberries and Gruyère. Drizzle over olive oil and freshly pressed lemon juice.
  2. Top with roasted hazelnuts and/or hemp seeds. Season with herb salt.
