Jenny’s strawberry cheese salad

Jenny cooked as she does a healthy Summery salad with maché, ruccola, strawberries, sugar peas, lemon, shredded Le Gruyère AOP and hemp seeds as she gathered with her friends.

Summery salad with strawberries, shredded Le Gruyère AOP and hemp seeds.


  • 125 g organic machesalad
  • 75 g sugar peas
  • 50 g radishes
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 100 g gruyere
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Herbal salt
  • 2 tablespoons crushed and roasted hazelnuts or seeds


  1. Add mache salad to a large bowl and mix with sliced radishes and sugar peas
  2. Slice strawberries and cheese (slice the cheese with a grater, short side with three tracks)
  3. Drizzle over olive oil, a few drops of a lemon and top with roasted nuts / seeds and herb salt
